  • Cainta Greenpark Village should be renamed as EAST Greenpark Village and Pasig Greenpark Village as West Greenpark Village or Greenpark Village I and Greenpark Village II because some of the houses in Cainta Greenpark are still situated at the Pasig area, most of the time it can be confusing for people who are trying to locate us, e.g. Yellow bell St. Cainta Greenpark Pasig city. Hoping they could come up for best solution.
  • I can't believe our land title is in Pasig but our address is Cainta Rizal. We are paying high taxes for yearly amilyar but we are not getting our rights as citizen of Pasig, it is very unfair for people who pay yearly taxes for NCR fee but getting a suburban address. Mails doesn't reach our houses because they are telling us that this is Cainta and not Pasig. Even police officers here are from Cainta. Please do someting on this!
  • -the name of village is just Cainta Green Park Village but the lot title is in Pasig because even on the map, the village is still in the boundary of Pasig. -Middle to High Middle Class Village -Secured Gated Community -Prime Real Estate -24/7 Rotating armed security guards on the area -exclusive village with security guards on the main gate entrance of the village and all houses are also gated before you enter their main doors. -Residents will have stickers that can be affixed to their car. This sticker acts as a pass, showing the guard that you have permission to enter. If you do not have the sticker you must stop and talk to the guard, letting him know why you need to go inside. -With high fences to keep criminal elements at bay. With the roads being closed to the public, less traffic is expected. Fewer cars mean less danger for children. It will also be more ideal for people who love to jog within the subdivision. Less noise and the ease of maintaining cleanliness. It also keeps unwanted trespassers such as carolers, solicitors and vendors only those who have permits will be allowed. Owners can also exclusively use the amenities of the community such as club house, basketball court, play ground, swimming pool. Ensuring that it won't be overcrowded. Giving it a natural exclusivity, quiet atmosphere & fresh air. -With school, club house, swimming pool and church inside the exclusive village -very accessible to all places in Metro Manila w/ wide road, clean environment, organize traffic enforcers, walking distance from village gate to LRT 2 Emerald Station. -walking distance from the village gate to Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall, Pure Gold, Q Plaza, Cubao Market & Robinson's Metro East, banks such as Metrobank, PNB, BPI, Unionbank, BDO, Maybank, Chinabank, UCPB etc -Minutes drive to SM Marikina, Eastwood, Tiendesitas, SM Masinag, Marikina Market, SM Megamall, Robinson's Galleria, Robinson's Cainta, Ever Gotesco, SM Taytay, Edsa Shangri-La Mall, Podium, Near Hospitals: Medical City, Saint Lukes QC, St. Lukes Taguig etc -Easy Access going to Makati, Boni High Street, Market Market, Global City, SM Aura via C5 Road. -Near Prime Schools: Ateneo De Manila University, UP Diliman, Mirriam college, PSBA, San Benildo, Assumption Antipolo, De Lasalle Antipolo. Land developer: V.V. Soliven Realty Inc. (owner of El Nido Resort)
  • Also near UP Town Center. Prime Area Exclusive village. Very near to all.
  • Not only that, one of the reason why there's heavy traffic along Imelda Avenue going Marcos Highway is the bad traffic management in front of Cainta Greenpark Village.
  • Very near Ayala Mall Feliz Town Center.
