Interstate 80 is a major east-west highway across the United States. It begins at US 101 in San Francisco, CA, then runs across Nevada to Salt Lake City. It continues across the midwest, northern Ohio, and Pennsylvania. I-80 ends at I-95 in Ridgefield Park, NJ just a few miles west of the George Washington Bridge to New York. US Highway 30 is a coast-to-coast highway from Astoria, OR to Atlantic City, NJ. In Astoria, it starts at US 101 near the Astoria-Megler Bridge. It follows the WA-OR border (staying in Oregon) then turns southeast and goes through southern Idaho. It runs through Laramie, WY and Nebraska and Iowa. It continues across the midwest through Pennsylvania and into Atlantic City, NJ. US 30 ends at Virginia Avenue via Absecon Boulevard. In Wyoming, US 30 joins I-80 at exit 66 and is duplexed until exit 235 where it splits off to the northeast. It joins I-80 again on the east side of Laramie at exit 316. It again leaves I-80 at exit 358 in Cheyenne, runs through town, and rejoins I-80 at exit 370. It finally leaves I-80 permanently at exit 401 in Pine Bluffs; however, it stays parallel with I-80 until Grand Island, NE where it turns northeast.
