    The society is on BMC land of 60 years lease of which 40 years have already been completed and 20 years remaininng for renewal. The flats sold in this building are not converted in the name of new owner by the BMC due to BMC rules. Building of 4 floors and does not have lift. Members in the society have rejected the lift proposal in an AGM.
