This is Inimetla, a small village facing a small hill range in Rajupalem Mandal, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. Do not really know the history but it has a reference in the Book "Lists of the antiquarian remains in the Presidency of Madras By Robert Sewell" which was published in 1882, which means it has at leaset more than 150 years of existence. The modern Inimetla has more than 3000 people totally dependent on Agriculture. The village Produces mainly paddy. It also produces Cotton, Chilies, Groundnut, Tobacco, Sunflower, Vegetables, Red gram, several varieties of Black grams. It has population consisting of Hindus, Muslims and Christians. The village has around 4 temples (one on hilltop) and 3 churches and a mosque. There are 3 primary schools operated by Government and a High school which has been operating since 3 years now.
