The Normandy Park Community Club (NPCC) is a non-profit corporation which operates for the general welfare of the community of Normandy Park with the following two objectives:

To provide, promote and encourage recreational, social and such other activities in the community as may tend to promote the physical, moral and educational welfare of this community.
Manage and enhance the Cove property (Lot A) for the use and enjoyment of the owners.

NPCC provides a place to meet and socialize. Events are organized by volunteers from the community throughout the year. There are events to fit all interest such as big band bashes, art auctions, symphony concerts, 4th July parade and ice cream social, etc. The Holiday Bazaar is known throughout the Highline Area for its one-of-a-kind handcrafted items and spectacular bargains. Various children and youth events are scheduled including the ever popular Easter Egg Hunt, the Halloween Party and the Children Christmas Party.

Any Lot A owner can initiate a new event for the community’s benefit. Art shows, exercise groups, dance lessons or potlucks. What’s your interest? Contact the NPCC office with your ideas!

The community clubhouse is also available for private parties on a rental basis. It is a popular and picturesque setting for weddings, anniversaries, community meetings, company parties and conferences. Only owners and guests sponsored by owners can rent the facility.

NPCC manages and maintains the Cove property with volunteer help and a nominal maintenance fee from the owners. The maintenance fee is used for beach and grounds maintenance and for hiring a beach guard in the summer. It is also used for publishing and mailing the club Newsletter and to defray the costs when the clubhouse is provided free of charge to such groups as the Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts and activities of general community interest.

A Board of Trustees manages the Normandy Park Community Club and the Cove property. New trustees are elected for a three year term at the annual membership meeting in October. View the current Board of Trustees.
