This is a compressed diamond interchange between Interstate 81 and Virginia Route 80 (Glenbrook Avenue) near Meadowview, Virginia. It was first built around 1962 with the construction of Interstate 81 as a partial interchange only with I-81 to the south. It formed a pair with Exit 26 to the north. The interchange was expanded to a full diamond, connecting to the north, in the late 1980s or early 1990s.
