This is a diamond interchange between Interstate 81, U.S. Route 11 (Lee Highway) and Secondary Route 751 between Chilhowie and Glade Spring, Virginia. The exit and entry ramps for southbound I-81 are hook ramps connecting to U.S. Route 11 and Frontage Road 33 (Glove Drive), respectively. U.S. Route 11 and Lee Highway turn twice near this interchange, running along Secondary Route 751 and crossing from one side of I-81 to the other. The interchange was constructed around 1963 and has not been significantly modified since.
