This is a diamond interchange between Interstate 81, U.S. Route 11 (Lee Highway) and Secondary Route 645 near Seven Mile Ford, Virginia. U.S. Route 11 and Lee Highway turn twice just outside this interchange, running along Secondary Route 645 and crossing from one side of I-81 to the other. The interchange was constructed around 1963 along with I-81 and has not been significantly modified since.
