We holidayed around Rincon in 2009 and it is a lovely area - the real Spain but with every mod con there. Would seriously consider buying a property in this area as they do not command the higher prices of its big brother Malaga down the road. Rincon has a fine beach and lots of shops. Its GREAT!!
