Technically this is part of Saanich Municipality. Ten mile point has some beautiful small public beach areas as well as very expensive homes.

Ten Mile Point is one of the region's "urban forests" partly due to abundant wild parkland, strict zoning limiting new subdivisions and Saanich's tree preservation laws.
