AGVTFI or Arsenio Guran Villaroya Technological Foundation Institute was founded by Mr. Augusto Geronga on February 1997. The scholl was named after Arsenio Guran Villaroya in honor of his achievemnets as an educator in Bulan.

AGVTFI started as a small school woth few students. As it uplifts its standards and copes up with the time, gradually, AGVTFI has been popular and has been patronized by the Bulaneños. Today, AGVTFI has more than 400 students from more or less 50 during its first five years.
