When the world stops rotating, someone kicked the bucket; 6 hours is without rotating is agreed upon stoppage time. Somtimes the World stops for a quite awhile. In June 2002 the motor which rotates the World broke down during a weekend, caused quite an uproar with the residence as many feared massive a death toll; causing traffic jam as residence and guests attempting to exit at the same time.
