474-foot, 29-story building located at 680 North Lake Shore Drive, and completed in 1926. Originally named the American Furniture Mart, it was the largest building in the world when it was completed.
Condos, offices and retail space which includes Treasure Island Foods, Ace Hardware, a coffee shop, pharmacy, travel agency, hair salons, and numerous medical offices as well as Playboy Enterprises.

The lower (eastern) section of this neo-gothic building was constructed first, with the tower portion finished last. The building formerly had the address of 666 North Lake Shore, but was changed to 680.
