With almost 40 years in the seafood industry, Olde Port Fisheries is located on the end of Port San Luis Pier in Avila Beach, California. The pier location allows the fresh catch of the day to be delivered directly to the processing plant. The seafood processed as it is being offloaded from the fishing boats.

Michael Cohen, the General Manager of Olde Port Fisheries, jokes that he was in the seafood industry even before he was born. His father founded and owns the company and, from the time he was a teenager, Mike has worked just about every job at the company, from restaurant dishwasher to working on the dock.
