  In younger days we used to sit on the uppanar bridge wall and chat with friends. Sometime once or twice, when there is good flow of water in the river running from west to east, I used to jump in the river from the bridge at the age of 12 to13 without any fear and also fro m Tree branches on the river during flood too. being so bold and venturous. so is my younger days play.
