Church St. Elizabeth of Hungary built in 1322.
The original early Gothic church was built probably in the fourteenth century. In 1736 it was renovated .. It was enlarged and rebuilt in Baroque style. In 1853, under the leadership of the dean Matheus Oscity was made a big reconstruction. Construction work funded landlord Stephanus Apponi from the Oponice village. Also, the primate of Esztergom Joannus Scitovsky. Bricklaying led master Schlik. In April 1881, on a proposal Moric Sesler - Jewish architect and builder from the city Hlohovec. The second time the church was rebuilt in the classical style in 1887. In the crypt under the floor inside the church were found five coffins surviving family Batiani.
In 1924 the tower was rebuilt. The old wooden roof has been replaced with new roofing made of sheet metal. In 1953 it was conducted overhaul. Stone ceiling inside has been replaced by a new coffered wooden ceiling. They were also made new newly Romanesque windows. In 1992 it was reconstructed new tower.
