  • One can find here the Hungarian Geographical Museum, which is not unique in Hungary only but in Europe as well. Also in the Old Town you can find one of the three minarets which were built by the Turkish in the 16-17th century - mementos from the time when one third of Hungary was under Turkish reign.
  • There are many gypsies there, they steal and crime. Érd is not the most dangerous place but you must watch your back!
