•Come first, get first and the customer book their shop /flat with their likings.
•Two copies passport size photo & booking money will be paid in a prescribed form.
•The value of a flat will be fixed by the company. The company has whole authorization to change the value. But after booking any flat, the company can’t alter the value.
•Total money will be paid in case of once and for premium, 10% down payment will be completed. There will be an agreement between “marvelous homes pvt ltd” & the applicant. After completing payment registration will be done.
•For the better interest of making shopping & flat, the customer will be paid the premium within time. The late premium will be paid with extra 5%.
•The allotment will be void if anybody is failed to pay the premium their time.
•The interior design of the apartment will be changed by the greater interest of customer through advance payment.
•All payment in favor of “Marvelous Homes Pvt Ltd” through cash/bank draft/pay order.
•The immigrant customer who are in abroad pay the value through T.T& Bank draft equal to foreign exchange.
•In case of premium,200000tk at the total value will be paid in booking period-the rest of the value will paid by the rules of agreement in 12/24/36/48 monthly premium.
•The customer will be paid total registration cost & to increase/decrease shop/flat registration time will be adjusted.
•The handover of the shop/flat will be completed in 2011.
•The authority is not responsible for delaying for political turmoil or natural disaster.
10% discount will be made for free payment in once time.
