In Aug 2007 this river section was very different than pictured. The main channel did not go left but straight ahead. The old (left) main channel had obstructions, and reduced but swift water.

  • Myself and a friend nearly died here when we both hit a log in our kayaks in 2006 and got swept under a strainer, PFD's saved both of us!
