These paper mills are started to provide jobs to the local. But they became more poisonous snakes to pollute the local environment. Very soon people from vilampatty and sorrounding areas will face (are already facing) life threatining problems from hazardous wastes and effluents from these mills. Any voluntary action group can take some initiatives to overcome this.
