Ponni Hostel has two buildings.First is for the trainees coming for induction course of CM-II(NT)for 10 months.The other is for trainees coming for short duration.
Being near to Chennai one can visit various places like T.nagar(especially for shopping sarees..too good),Annanagar,Marina Beach,Ambattur,IIT Madras,etc..Having your own bike is preferable.But dont get much involved with this place as you may fall in love with this place.I ve some good ol' memories.
