This two-story structure, completed in 1941, is located 250 feet due west of the of the western most Nike-Ajax launcher (Structure 202) , This bunker was the command post during World War II for the active coast artillery batteries at Fort Funston (i.e., Batteries Howe, Bluff and Davis). Power supplied by Battery Davis. Presently this structure is integrated into a scenic overlook.
