  My name is Ray Barker 111 W.Williams Goodman Mo. 64843 Acct#832800 I am very sorry to write concerning my long distance account. My wife was in the hospital since 10/25/09 and passed away on 1/14/10.Someplace I had a Lightyear Bill for $76.00.I can't seem to find it in the shuffle of things.Can you help me find out how to send payment? Can I simply put a check in an envelope with my account number and mail it.Also I need to close the account because I will not be at this address long.I thank you for you're time and trouble.I hate to leave you folks after so many years,but I don't as yet know my direction.
