Fort New Amsterdam, was the Dutch heritage, and previously used as Portuguese residence. It is fort and a blockhouse.

The fort is a witness to the history of resistance fighters of Tanah Hitu through Wawane War (1634-1643) and Kapahaha War (1643-1646).
