Load Line 10, which was known as the Percussion Element Manufacturing Line, operated from 1941 to 1945 to produce percussion elements, from 1951 to 1957 to produce primers and percussion elements and from 1969 to 1971 to produce primers. Secondary explosives (TNT and PETN) were handled in this area.

PE-4, PE-5, PE-6, PE-7, PE-8, PE-9: Dry houses and final dry house

PE-12, PE-13, PE-19, PE-29A and B: Fuel compound blending and storage
PE-16: Binder blending; gum solution preparation
PE-18: Potassium chlorate magazine
PE-19: TNT magazine
PE-2, PE-17, PE-20: Solvent storage
PE-28 and PE-29: PETN processing
PE-28 and PE-31: Screen house and heater house
PE-29 and PE-32: Service house and heater house
PE-30 and PE-33: Napkin preparation and heater house
