    Only the portion of area is marked here which is near to Karuparai village.The other sides of the paddy field are water ponds which is used for agriculture.The name of the pond is Kunnatham Kulam.Many people of the village using it for having bath and washing clothes regularly.

    I am from kalpadi gramam. I studied in Kalpadi Govt. School. Those days I was a very small girl. I bathed regularly in Kalpadi kulam & one more pond near Sivan Kovil ie vasang kulam. I cannot forget my kalpadi village, Arasa Maram behind Ramaswamy Temple, Vellimali murugan temple. I used to visit this Temple every Fridays & odukkatha velliazcha (Last Friday of every month) & enjoied a lot.
