SLC-4W and 4E
This space launch complex was operated by the 30th Missile Wing out of Vandenburg AFB, and was used to launch Titan rockets with their payloads into polar orbit. SLC-4E is now being redeveloped by SpaceX as a launch site for the Falcon Heavy rocket.

  • watched a 34D launch from 4W and blow all to he** back in the 80s. almost caused the evacuation of Lompoc because of the fumes from the Nitrogen Tetroxide.
