One of the divisions of Aryanad Panchayath of Triandrum district in Kerala.This is a typical Kerala model region where the main attraction and the main center of this region is a temple of Godess Sree Annapoorneshwary Devi who is considered in hindu mythology as the Goddess of food.It is told that the temple has more than centuries age.Ihis region has the unique specialty is that various religious people live in harmony.Lot of Churches and Mosques are seen in and around the region.Agriculture is the main occupation.Paddy fields are engulfed by rubber trees in choozha as in other neighboring villages.
