This is a small park available from 198 that centers around the spillway and creek flowing away from Woodcock Dam. Off of 198 there is a parking lot with a playground nearby. Going south from the parking lot is a very pleasant wooden bridge that crosses the creek as well as benches alongside the creek. This area is ideal for picnics, and many charcoal grills and a pavillion are located nearby. Fishermen frequent the banks of this section as well and often fish around the spillway that flows out of the dam.

From German Road there is another parking lot on the south side of the creek that offers close access to the picnic pavillions. There is also a public restroom in the center of the lot. This park is a gem for many of the locals and is one of the best recreational parks in the area.
