A baseball stadium with surrounding training complex. Former home of MLB's Washington Nationals' Spring Training and minor league team Brevard County Manatees. As of 2017 the entire complex was sold to United States Specialty Sports Association with a conversion to an all turf complex by the autumn of 2017.
