Designed c. 1942 by Adolph Goldberg as the Brighton Beach Office of the Lincoln Savings Bank. It was most recently a Washington Mutual bank which folded into Chase. The lobby features Abraham Lincoln giving a speech at Brighton Beach, which did not actually happen.
