The main administrative building of Engineering and Petroleum College,
as well as contains the Dean's office, lecture rooms, and teaching facilities offices.

The building is divided to two parts front and back, connected through
two bridges in the first and second floors. each has a basement, ground floor,
first floor and newly built second floor.

The front part of the building contains a number of lecture rooms (Basement and Ground floor), some administrative offices (Ground floor) as well as the Engineering dean's office (1st floor), the Mechanical Engineering Department (1st floor), and Civil Engineering Department (2nd floor). The back side of the building contain mainly teaching assistances offices and some lecture rooms (Basement).
