Located in the northwestern part of Macedonia, Popova Shapka (Albanian: Kodra e Diellit) is one of the most popular winter ski resorts in the country.
It is situated on the beautiful Shar Mountain, 1780 metres above the sea level, just 18 km from Tetovo and 48 km from the capital Skopje.
