Polog (Albanian: Pollog, Macedonian Cyrillic: Полог) also known as the Polog Valley, is located in the north-western part of the Republic of Macedonia. It is divided into Upper and Lower Polog. Tetovo and Gostivar are the largest populated towns in this valley.
