this property was belonged to a simple and hard working person one time.But one smart person approached him and leased this land from him. after the lease is over, he never returned this land.
there used to be a rock in the shape of a woman carrying a load on her head at the easetern part of the property. it was called "velathy kallu".

  • This land once belonged to a pious person named Kurian who was hardworking and trustworthy willing to help anyone in need. One day in the 1940's, he was approached by one of his close friend Ithack and asked to lease this 15 acres of land to plant lemon grass for five years. The lease was done for 5 years but Ithack never turned over the land to Kurian and forcefully kept it. Eventually, he made bogus deed on this land.
