Formerly the Dallas Ramada & Dallas Plaza Hotel, closed 2009.

Site of the infamous split between Ike and Tina Turner. On their way to a concert at the Statler Hilton Hotel, Tina was beaten by Ike and ran from the nearby Hotel Adolphus across I-30 to this hotel. Once there, she told the manager her story and she was provided with a room and a guard to stand outside her door.
