  • Many wedding parties go to the portico outside Lake Park Bistro for photos. The park is clean, safe picturesque, full of walkers, bikers, kids and families most of the year. Milwaukee is to be commended for keeping most of the lakefront open to the public,with a system of nice parks, beaches, cafes. This is an under-appreciated, affordable, liveable, safe, economically stable city with many hidden gems and positive attributes.
