The Victor Clothing Lofts Building, a 37 Unit Historic Downtown Los Angeles Mixed Use Apartment Building built in 1914, has undergone major renovations. The building, famous for its murals on both sides is located next to the Historic Bradbury Building and across the street from the Grand Central Market, Million Dollar Theatre, and newly renovated Pan American Lofts. The building is just blocks away from the Grand Avenue Project and is situated at the northern tip of the Historic Broadway corridor.
