RTI manages the client's entire billing process from registration and insurance verification to cash collection, practice management and reporting. Our goal is to minimize the time involvement of the physician in non-clinical aspects of the practice such as unnecessary interaction with the patient and third-party payor inquiries, researching regulatory changes and evaluating data for the purpose of properly managing their financial affairs.

RTI's system has been developed based on the concept methodology which mandates that the majority of all processing will be performed externally to the client's clinical activities. Only tasks pertaining to registration and charge capture are performed at the client's site. Through the use of this billing philosophy, RTI creates minimal interference with the client's day-to-day operations. This enables the company to execute sophisticated billing procedures in its central office, which is removed from the heavily burdened operations of the Emergency Department and other areas of the hospital.
