Felix Haas Hall is the building which houses the Computer Science department. It was renamed on June 2, 2006 to honor Prof. Felix Haas, who served as the first dean of Purdue's School of Science (1962-74) and as university provost (1974-86). In 2007, the CS department took up primary residence in the Lawson Building, but still remains in Felix Haas.

  • Markings on the building indicate it to be "Memorial Gymnasium" in honor of the students and football teams killed in a train wreck in the early 1900s.
