Once just a subdivision, Lansdowne is a census-designated place in Loudoun County, Virginia. It is a mixed-use planned community with numerous retail sites as well as over 2,200 residential dwellings. The Lansdowne Village Green is a traditional-style New Urbanist district within Lansdowne that includes retail sites and a mix of townhouse and condominium residences.
Residential builders included Van Metre Homes, Beazer Homes, Brookfield Homes, Centex Homes, NV Homes, Ryan Homes, Basheer and Edgemoore, Equity Homes, John Laing Homes and Evergreene Homes, among others.
