  • I went to see flat in manikandan block. Visited other completed blocks, Pathetic quality, I must say. cheap materials used, bad finish. Not a good idea to buy here. Beaware

  • Are any flat ready to be possessed yet? The person is saying the flat is ready??? My dad's has been lying in the same condition since he brought it in April 2006. No work has been done. My dad was complaining about interest to home loan.
  • This is the most horrible place in chennia. All the supervisors stinks Ranjit/Sekhar/Sridhar/Narayanswamy and there boss all are cheats and hopeless. Horrible construction and all mislaigned walls, you name any defect you will find it here. Pathetic interaction and hopelessly hopeless place to buy a flat, unless you want to be unhappy for rest of your life. Please don't buy from here, I can award you if you post such ads and campaign against them.
  • Chitra constructions, who are the biggest cheats in chennai is starting a new project in perungudi, chennai. I am one of the unfortunate buyer who am involved with the perungudi project. Please do not make the mistake of buying any flats with this company. I made the grave mistake of getting involved with them. I personally went to their other projects and inquired about them. They have been cheating people from the very beginning. Its as good as throwing your money down the drain if you ever deal with them. They smooth talk people into getting involved, but after a few months you get to know their true color. I heard this from most of the people who have dealt with them. Personally my advice is to stay away from this company and their staff.
  • Being a past buyer i rue my decision to end up dealing with these people. 1) They build additional floors without approval -- which leads to the risk of the whole flats being deemed ineligible for future loans. 2) Their security service is pathetic -- they allow all outsiders to park cars inside the campus leading upto the residents having to run around for parking space. 3) To top it all the owner retains a few flats in the campus and those are used by his spoiled kid for all sort of purposes along with his rowdy friends. They vroom through the campus all through the night in their sports cars (booze, smoke and what not) and make a raucous all night spoiling everyones sleep. 4) The quality of construction is pathetic as well. Many houses including mine have problem with the plumbing work leading to seepages everywhere. 5) They also accommodate few politicians for free of cost who help these people to get the land with arm twisting. You can imagine the additional troubles with being around politicos Pathetic to say the least.
  • Those are all suffered due to the ill behaviour of the layout promoter. Now the present promotors are all nothing to do with the layout promotor. If the present promotor is different than the layout promotor you can go ahead with buying flat blindfoldedly.
  • Now chitra township is the best in that locality. May not be due to the good work of the builder. It is the residents made themsleves. So let us not talk nonsense about the apartment. Can any one come and buy now. it cost more than 50Laks. Beware my friends. It is a good locality that matters and just like builder, the association also pathetic, worse than builder. horible egoistic fellow. good for nothing. No development activities. No vision to do some thing good. They just want to call themselves as president / secretary but good for nothing.
