Completed in May 2008, this 26-storey office building was designed and constructed by WTW Bovis Sdn. Bhd. www.wtw.com.my/ at a cost RM87 million. Most of the spaces are occupied by the building's owner and only some selected spaces are for lease. Due to its location surrounded by plenty of commercial buildings, this creates a high working population, and thus the building frequently recorded an average 90% occupancy rate every year.

  • Foul smell in Menara Perak? I have a friend works there. she smells worse than urine. She says the smell is not so bad if you are in the building. Once you come out from the building, somehow, you will get some kind of smell worse than urine that absorbed to your clothes, hair and skin. Or in other words you are the unrine water walking in the public annoying me and everybody... *** True....the smell sticks at your clothing and even at your hair! Ihe smell is like a combination of urine and fertilizer. Trust me....it smells bad!!! Imagine walking beside a group of people and suddenly their heads turn and ask "eh....what is that smell?" and they make faces... 70% of my strawberry hydrating spray has finished due to spritzing it at every hour...
