Holiday Inn hotel, opened 2012. It is one block west of the Holiday Inn's former property on 22nd St E & 1st Ave N, now the Hilton Garden Inn. The building has been criticized as aesthetically unappealing, due to its stark grey exterior and large blank walls.

This was the former site of the Pacific Cinemas, a four-screen Cineplex Odeon movie theatre. It closed on August 31, 2006, coinciding with the opening of the newer and larger Galaxy (now Scotiabank Cineplex) Theatre. The building was sold and demolished in April 2007.
