  • Developer sucks, Another failure, this is going to be a very long effect. buyer thinks they are so smart complain about damages, We will hold & delay their CF or will not issue to them at all. In the end if you thinks it worth it go ahead. To those who do renovation spend few hundred k, go ahead, developer has already taken your money. Renovate nicely & your house wil put into auction. The location will cause you suffer like ulu area like Rawang, it will be deserted & full of indons & wasted life staying there.
  • The condition that we refer to is the 1. Width of the road. 2. Low Toilet ceiling. 3. Car porch steep. All thse problem is relate to safety concern!!!safety concern!!!safety concern!!!safety concern!!! NOT THOSE MINOR DAMAGE!!!
  • This place is a great place to stay. I have no complaint about the width of the road, low toilet ceiling, nor steep car porch. For the price I am paying, which is <170K, it is worth the money and now the Market value is >210k.
  • Oic, 210k... kepala hotak you!! This area is RAWANG not Selayang nor Ipoh yang.... Value is dropping fast... we sudah kena tipu already!!! look at Bukit Menguntung... Bukit Sentosa.... RAWANG all unwanted "Amansiara NOT a desired Neighbourhood"
  • so far the place are already change the management, and the price of the house are getting better and higher.
  • bank value can go up to 350K...i got 3 different bank value, lowest is 300K, 330K and highest is 350K...it is worth to buy Amansiara...in the next 3 years the price will escalate more n more...now the management already change, security also has improved a lot...
