  • I am a graduate of NTC. The facilities may not be so new and well maintained but the institution is true to its vision- quality education. Or I guess, it's still up to the student how he will consider the professors. My all-time favorite professors are mrs. torrella, the former dean of Students affairs Dr. Jane Lacuata and Dr. Ferdinand Lacuata. If it's competence that you want, meet them. haha .
