This is a full directional interchange between Interstates 64, 95 and 195 on the north side of Richmond, Virginia adjacent to Bryan Park. The interchange provides full, free flowing, high speed access between the three interstates. There are also ramps connecting to Laburnum Avenue (Virginia Route 197) providing access to the city street to and from I-195 and western I-64. The ramps to Laburnum Avenue are partial diamonds which together work like a full diamond with unsignalized intersections on Laburnum Avenue. The interchange has three levels at its tallest. This interchange is also the northern terminus of I-195 and is the northern/western end of the I-64/I-95 concurrency.
The full interchange is composed of exit 79 on I-95, exits 186 and 187 on I-64, and unnumbered exits on I-195.
