Biasong is the smallest barangay of Talisay with and estimated population of 3,193 in the year 2002.
Biasong gets it's name from the fruit trees that grow abundantly in the area. It is also one of the 6 fishing villages in Talisay.

    crime's everywhere. but if you'd look on police reports, there's nothing much about biasong, esp if you'd compare it to other baranggays. yes, there are drug pushers from here but they've been in jail. there is nothing to be afraid of here in Biasong. i doubt if she's from here. if she's a native then she'd know. Biasong was proclaimed a baranggay only in 1992 (I am older than that) and don't call it a drug haven not unless most of us here sell drugs.
