Condominium development built on the site of the historic Belleview Biltmore, a historic resort built in 1898, closed in May 2009, and demolished in 2015. The original hotel, when built, was the largest wooden structure of its kind. A small portion of the hotels's west wing (about 10% of the original building), was saved and moved and will be restored as a boutique hotel.
