Anthony's Nose

Along with Dunderberg Mountain across the river, this prominent ridge line forms the "South Gate" of the Hudson Highlands. Anthony's Rock at the bottom was where the east tower of the Bear Mountain Bridge now stands. The name Anthony's Nose dates back to 1679.
